Regarding the Partial Transfer of Our Shares to Dai-ichi Life Holdings, Inc.
Topaz Capital, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has agreed with Dai-ichi Life Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Dai-ichi Life HD”) on October 24, 2023, to sell a portion of the Company’s shares held by its founding members and others to Dai-ichi Life HD.
Following this sale, Dai-ichi Life HD plans to acquire approximately 70% of the Company’s outstanding shares by the end of the year, subject to the prescribed procedures by regulatory authorities.
